A co-founder of the Williamston Theatre, she has appeared on that stage in numerous productions, in addition to many appearances at professional theatres throughout the state. She also has several film and TV credits. Emily holds a Grande Diploma in Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Michigan State University.
